The UK-Stratego.com website was set up to do two things.
Firstly and most importantly, it was set up to help and support small Stratego projects in the U.K.
Secondly it was setup to provide an informative Stratego website which would help promote the game.
Although the site works very closely with the B.S.A. and the I.U.L.A, this site is totally independent of both organisations.
As the Web Master of this site, you may find views which are not necessarily the views of either the B.S.A. or the I.U.L.A.
Contacting the Web Master Anyone wishing to contact me about anything concerned with this website, can do so by visiting either of these 2 forums and sending me a private message. Contact = AceRimmer Contact = Underground Once our forum is operational once more, people may contact me and register their views on our own forum.
When was all this information added? The basic outline for the site was conceived in December 06. The first 7 pages went on the web (in a test form) on the 1st of February 07. The main content went on the web on the 12th of March 2007. An additional 20 pages, taking the content up to 27 pages. Officially open the site on the 16th of March 2007. More pages to come in the coming months of 2007.

Everything you need to know about the UK-Stratego .com website.
This site was initially set up in 2006 by a leading U.K. Stratego player. The aims of this site is to help promote the game of Stratego both in the U.K. and abroad. With this in mind this is an independent site which express the sole views of the Web Master. The Web Master plays in real life tournaments, as well as online at Gravon & Metaforge. As a leading player at both sites, I am in the position to comment independently on many Stratego related issues. I am currently the leading source of information about the game of Stratego, in the whole of Britain and hope to encourage and inspire more British players to take up the game. This site is both an information resource for all Stratego related information, as well as a place where I can freely express my views about different Stratego related issues. The site also gives small projects the media base they need to help their projects become as successful as possible. We hope to develop links with any organisations who wish to promote the game. With this in mind, we hope to extend the "Community Projects" section and concentrate on helping develop small real life community projects. A Message from the Web Master The sites information resources have been targeted to try to fill in gaps, that other websites have NOT covered. Obviously at some point, some important information is replicated, that is already covered else where on the web. But having said this, the site would look very disjointed if I left out every bit of information that has been covered on another site. I have tried to keep duplicate information to a minimum and have introduced unique pages, like the player profile pages, the full catalogue of online Stratego tournaments page, the community projects page and the top 10 Stratego tournaments page. Included in these pages are some very interesting comparisons between online Stratego tournaments and real life Stratego tournaments. These pages list the many benefits of both types of tournament and talks about how these two entities play an important role in promoting the game.
A complete list of the pages available to view, on this website.
